HGUC #116 MSN-06S Sinanju

$32.99

The MSN-06S Sinanju is one of the most popular Mobile Suit designs from Mobile Suit Gundam Unicorn. Its bright red color scheme and ornate gold trim provide the MSN-06S Sinanju with an iconic Zeon look. You can recreate this look right out of the box thanks to the foil stickers included by Bandai; or hand-paint the trim with your choice of gold paint.

The MSN-06S Sinanju is no slouch when it comes to weapon accessories.

  • Beam Saber x2
  • Beam Rifle
  • Shield
  • Beam Axe (Expanded Mode) x2
  • Beam Axe (Storage Mode) x2

Articulation –

Articulation could be considered a downside for this model by some. This is due to the size of the armor pieces; and also the simplistic joint structure used to keep the kit stable. So, depending on how you want to display your Sinanju, an action base may be necessary (not included).

Weapons and other notable attributes –

This version of the MSN-06S Sinanju shares similar features with its Master Grade counterpart, such as movable thrusters on the legs and backpack. An additional grenade launcher attachment for either the rifle or shield comes in the box too!

This kit includes:

Tips and Tricks –

By implementing the technique of Top Coating, you can do a great deal to help preserve the longevity of your models. This process will protect the original plastic of your model kit and prepare it for any additional modeling techniques to follow.

You can drastically improve your results by making the details pop on the MSN-06S Sinanju with Panel Lining. The simplest solution for this is Gundam Markers or Tamiya Panel Line Fluid. If you’re up to a challenge making panel wash is always a great option too! It is always recommended to Topcoat with clear gloss beforehand, as some of the products commonly used for Panel Lining will degrade the untreated plastics over time.

Another way to keep adding detail is by applying Stickers/Marking DecalsTop Coating before application will help decals stick to the surface much better. Using Top Coat after application will help hide the seams on traditional sticker decals as well as waterslides. This additional step will also keep them from peeling over time. Using Decals is a great way to add an even greater level of detail to your scale models.
