The NZ-666 Kshatriya is one of the most beloved Mobile Suit designs from the Mobile Suit Gundam Unicorn anime series. With four gigantic binders and some iconic Zeon design motifs, the NZ-666 Kshatriya has something for everyone.

Since most of the included firepower is built right into the mobile suit, all you’ll find in the box for accessories are:

  • Beam Sabers x2
  • Action Base Adapter


Articulation –

Each of the Shoulder binders is attached to the mobile suit with multiple points of articulation. The joint segments allow for a wide range of posing options without compromising the stability of the model. Each of the Binders also features an articulated sub-arm to hold a beam saber. The included action base connector is specifically for an Action Base 1. Use this to recreate all the awesome attacks from the anime series.

Weapons and Other Notable Attributes –

The primary weapon of the NZ-666 Kshatriya is the 4 Mega Particle Cannons fixed in the torso of the Mobile suit. There are 8 additional Mega Particle Cannons mounted on the outer shell of the Binders.

Tips and Tricks –

By implementing the technique of Top Coating, you can do a great deal to help preserve the longevity of your models. This process will protect the original plastic of your model kit and prepare it for any additional modeling techniques to follow.

You can drastically improve your results by making the details pop on the HGUC #99 NZ-666 Kshatriya with Panel Lining. The simplest solution for this is Gundam Markers or Tamiya Panel Line Fluid. If you’re up to a challenge making panel wash is always a great option too! It is always recommended to Topcoat with clear gloss beforehand, as some of the products commonly used for Panel Lining will degrade the untreated plastics over time.

Another way to keep adding detail is by applying Stickers/Marking Decals. Top Coating before the application will help decals stick to the surface much better. Using Top Coat after application will help hide the seams on traditional sticker decals as well as waterslides. This additional step will also keep them from peeling over time. Using Decals is a great way to add an even greater level of detail to your scale models.
